item: Nice Vintage Japanese  hand thrown Arts & Crafts  Studio Pottery art with gorgeous matte Green Glaze.  The colors  and styles are imitation from oxidized copper ancient object. This vase is post 1921 era when the Japanese were transitioning to the Arts and Crafts tastes of the Western consumer, and was likely made for export.  An Exquisite lines and craftsmanship. Back stamps: "Japan" on the bottom (1921 -1945)Measures: app. 9 3/4" H" x 4 " W (top 1 5/8" dia., base 1 7/8” dia.)
