Boxwood (Huangyang) 黄杨木

Boxwood (Buxus L.) is a kind of precious wood in China. It grows very slowly. The dia of the tree is only 15cm over 40~50 years. Thus there's a saying going "Thousands of years are hard for boxwood to grow". mostly Boxwood is used to art objects carving and it is one of the 3 carving in Zhejiang(浙江), China.
